- Reservations are available from Saturday to Saturday.
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be requested at the time of booking.
- Our furry friends are unfortunately not welcomed in the villa

Cancellation policy
- In the event of cancellation of the booking, guests are required to give notice of more than 30 days prior to the date of the stay. In the event that the deadlines are respected, the deposit will be kept as compensation for the cancellation. On the other hand, if the notice is less than 30 days prior to the date of the stay, guests will be liable for the full rent.
- In the event that guests leave before the end of their stay, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
- In case of reservation via AirBnB, the cancellation policy may be different. Please check the relevant terms and conditions.
- For reservations made more than a year in advance, an Early Bird promotion with a 10% discount will be applied to the final price (30% deposit on booking, 20% 6 months before arrival, and the balance one month before arrival).
- For reservations made up to 6 months in advance, an Early Bird promotion with a 6% discount will be applied to the final price.
- Prices may differ with the number of consecutive weeks booked (please request quote from owners).
